Immunity levels in a human body help fight viral and bacterial infections. Dr. Mohsin says the body itself makes Immunoglobulins that induces the immunity level in the body. There are many varieties of Immunoglobulins out of which IgA and IgM are very essential.

Dr. Mohsin strongly suggests following deep breathing exercises to develop immunity. Yoga and Pranayama are highly recommended while proper food intake of certain items can also help. Playing Conch or a flute can definitely build immunity in the body. Consuming 1 or 2 grams of Cloves daily helps this cause. Consistent usage of Ginger and garlic will improve immunity levels too. Having said that working out regularly is also a good move towards immunity development.
